Different Ways to Resolve Your Premature Ejaculation Problem

31 Dec 2015adminUncategorized

prematureStamina is important, especially when it comes to one’s performance in bed. That is why it can be a disaster to find out that you have a premature ejaculation. And if you are one of those men who have PE, your best course of action is to find ways to resolve the issue.

In a study conducted involving 1,587 men as subjects, average time for men to last in bed is 7 minutes of intercourse without ejaculating. However, if you ejaculate in 2 minutes with intercourse, this means you are suffering from premature ejaculation.

“Premature ejaculation and decreased stamina are two different things. However, they have similar treatments”; said Dr. Christopher Assand adviser at lastlongerinbedpelay.com .

There are many ways to manage premature ejaculation and one natural way of doing it is through biofeedback. This allows you to teach your mind to develop better body control. Just be mindful about the triggers that cause premature ejaculation so you will know how to control them. “This is men’s viable option”, urologist Dr. Philip Werthman said.

You can also turn to pharmacological help. A lot of drugs today can delay ejections such as Prozac, SSRI’s and Zoloft. The downside of using these drugs is that you may need to wait hours before they work effectively. But be cautious when using them since they may cause drowsiness, dizziness, decreased libido and erectile dysfunction.

If you opt for a cost effective way to resolve PE issue, try pelvic exercises. Such an activity will strengthen your pubococcygeus muscle. To do “kegel exercise” (other term for pelvic exercise) simply flex the muscle you use to stop urine flow. Do this for 10 seconds and release. 10 cycles daily can help.

Other men use desensitizers too to reduce their penis sensation. However, many women complain that this lowers down their sensation too. So pick a product that will not affect your partner. And do you know that your foreskin can also be the culprit of a premature ejaculation? Circumcision will remove the skin and resolve the issue. To some, weight gain solved their PE problem but to others, weight loss helped a lot. So try to discover how your weight gain (or loss) affects your premature ejaculation problem.

Lastly, the food that you eat may also affect your sexual performance. Some foods trigger more testosterone production in the body leading to a healthy erectile function. Example for this is fenugreek. So check out your diet and choose those that will work to your advantage.
