We are happy to welcome you and help you with all of your healthcare needs. We are happy to help you understand all of our billing and payment policies before your appointment so that everything goes smoothly. We believe that good communication and understanding are critical for a solid patient/physician relationship. Testing for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) can be done as a part of your comprehensive annual checkup exam. We even have a specific more extensive executive’s physical exam (you may be eligible for insurance coverage).
Our policies were created to allow us to provide state-of-the-art, quality patient care. If you ever have any questions or concerns associated with our financial and insurance policies, please contact us and we will help you. One of our account representatives will take the time to ensure that you fully understand our policies and how they relate to the services you need and the form of payment or insurance that you intend to use for your visit.
Understanding Our Insurance Policies
We accept some insurance networks and plans, which you can review here. You will need to know your plan’s copay before coming in for services — because this is collected during the registration process. This information may be right on your insurance card, but if it is not, please refer to the paperwork that came with your policy as it will provide all payment information concerning what the patient is responsible for regarding medical services. Please be prepared to present a state-issued form of identification and your insurance card when you register for your appointment.
Paying for Services Out-of-Pocket
Some people prefer to pay for their preventative healthcare out of pocket instead of using their medical insurance. If you prefer to pay for the service yourself, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. If you are paying out-of-pocket but your insurance carrier offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with the necessary documentation that will need to be submitted to your insurer so that you can get reimbursed.
